WeThrive Consulting Services LLC. was created in April 2022 by founder and CEO Kamelle Leggette, who worked with several non-profit and corporate industries in mental health, affordable housing, and education/youth services for disadvantaged communities.

Kamelle Leggette received a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology at California State University of San Bernardino and studied in the Master’s in Social Work program at the University of Southern California (USC).

Kamelle Leggette has helped several organization, corporations, and Tribal governments develop policies, programs, and organization structure to increase revenue building and community impact.

WeThrive was created to address the common needs for organizations to not only operate and write down their missions and policies on paper but to incorporate inclusion, organization integrity, and transparency to increase organization health and well-being for quality and equitable work environments and service delivery for organization success.

The mission of WeThrive is to help organizations incorporate a culture that focuses on how “We” can thrive. “We” focus on how positive workplace environments affect the micro and macro sectors of an organization. That will ultimately help to improve an organization’s accountability and transparency to lessen popularity, bias, and authoritative leadership to an empathetic perspective that builds towards comradare, innovation, and strengths.
